All printed and customized sizes items confirmed is subjected to the acceptance of +/-15% in quantity produced and will be billed accordingly.
Tolerances: The accuracy in the manufacturing process of polythene bags, tubing, sheeting and printing products may vary. The typical variation is from 0 to 15% (plus or minus) from the declared size, weight and thickness.
Our company reserve the right to bill customer for all printed and customized size product not delivered within 30 days from date of purchase.
Terms Of Payment
Esen Polythene's terms of payment are Cash/Cheque on Delivery (C.O.D). Goods & Services Tax of 7% will be added to orders delivered within Singapore.

Our Delivery Policy
If you call us before 9:00am, most order will be sent within 2-3 working days depending on stock availability and the destination.
To expedite your purchases, we urge you to fax us your purchase order immediately after you made your order through phone unless special arrangement has been made.
We need 3-6 working weeks delivery lead time for all printing orders and 5-7 working days for all customize sizes.
Transportation and GST charges are not included in our quoted prices. Our delivery department will route all deliveries the best possible way. Please note that a SGD $40.00 delivery charge (additional S$10.00 for CBD areas, excluding Sentosa and Jurong Island) will be billed for order below SGD $200.00 (subjected to changes).

Returns
If a product does not meet your expectations, return it to us within 3 days of purchase and we will gladly exchange the product with you. However, if you've requested a special order or request a product that is made to your specific dimensions or colour, these items cannot be returned for credit or be exchanged.
Please do not return any merchandise without prior authorization. Do call our invoicing department in advance with regards to the returning of merchandise.
